An answer to prayer came our way this afternoon for Caden! Here's how the story goes...Christian recieves "Yeeee-Haaa's" almost daily for Above Excellent behavior in class. Ten (10) Yeeee-Haaaa's a month and the student participates in the Ice Cream Social!
Caden...well, he hasn't recieved a single one, even with good behavior marks on his daily status report. We could see Caden's discouragement and how he struggled with this...so we took it to Jesus in prayer. Two mornings ago before breakfast, I heard him say, "Dear Jesus, please help me get a Yeeee-Haaaa...". My heart just melted, I prayed for this too.
God answers prayer! Caden's heartfelt prayer was answered! He beamed from ear to ear and just gushed over his Yeeee-Haaaa! We shared with him that God cares for him and is pleased when Caden obeys his teacher. James 1:17 "Every good and perfect gift is from above..." This is his first testimony to answered prayer!!
